Big 12 Power Rankings: Arizona State is battling in conference play

16. Houston Cougars (6-14, 0-9 Big 12)

Besides a handful of nonconference wins, Houston's season is slipping away. The team's combination of an underdeveloped team and tough competition has led to a nine game losing streak. The Cougars will host Cincinnati on Sunday and face TCU on Wednesday.

15. Arizona Wildcats (10-10, 1-8 Big 12)

Continuing to struggle, Arizona is on a five-game losing streak in the Big 12. The team had a single win against BYU, winning by only three points, but has otherwise proved to fall short. After falling to the Sun Devils, Arizona will host Oklahoma State on Sunday.

14. UCF Knights (10-10, 2-7 Big 12)

After competing against some of the best on the conference, UCF has seen a variety of challenges. The team's balanced offense provides them with a decent offensive base but faces challenges with rebounding. The Knights will play Iowa State on Saturday before hosting Utah on Wednesday.

13. Cincinnati Bearcats (8-13, 3-6 Big 12)

A testament to their inconsistency, Cincinnati goes back and forth with its wins and losses. The team has proved its ability to compete in recent games like their comeback against Arizona State. The Bearcats will face Houston on Sunday before hosting Baylor on Wednesday.

12. Kansas Jayhawks (13-8, 3-6 Big 12)
