Two Sun Devils earn All-American baseball honors, adds big bat via transfer
While baseball has lost some players to the transfer portal, there are some positives rolling in this week. First, Landon Hairston was selected to the NCBWA Freshman All-American Team, giving ASU a bright spot to build on.

Meanwhile, Cole Carlon was named to the NCBWA Third Team All-American, capping off an outstanding season out of the bullpen. Not to mention, Carlon announced on social media that he will be returning next season.

On the recruiting front, ASU received a commitment from Lewis University outfielder George Bilecki. After hitting just one home run in high school, the Division II standout hit 24 last season, and now has 41 career home runs. ASU now has a proven slugger who could make an instant impact.
Sun Devil football lands local edge rusher, kickoff countdown continues
ASU football continues making a splash during this postseason as they secured a commitment from local player, Sinei Tengei. He opted to stay home over BYU, Iowa State, and other schools.
The Mesa Westwood edge rusher had eight division I offers to choose from. Standing at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, the Arizona product gives the Sun Devils' potential pass rush length, athleticism, and a high ceiling.
