Let the madness begin.

After being the last team announced in the women's NCAA Tournament, Arizona State heads to Iowa City to take on Virginia as part of the First Four of March Madness. The Sun Devils and Cavaliers will battle for the right to face Georgia as the 10th seed in the Sacramento region.

Virginia won't be easy, either. They started off strong, jumping out to an early 13-3 record, but stumbles down the stretch put their tourney hopes on life support. They went one-and-done in the ACC Tournament, which nearly cost them a shot at the Big Dance.

That said, the Cavaliers finished the season ranked 36th in NET rankings, compared to Arizona State's 51st ranking. Add in the potential that head coach Molly Miller won't be courtside for this one due to an illness and the Sun Devils will be facing quite the uphill battle.

How to watch Arizona State vs Virginia

The Sun Devils and Cavaliers will tip off at 8:00 PM CST at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2. Matt Schumacker and Ros Gold-Onwude will be on the call.
