It's a homecoming for the Sun Devils, who return to the desert following a productive weekend road trip throughout California that saw Arizona State reach 4-0 to start their first year under Molly Miller. Now, they face their toughest test of the young season: UNLV.
The Lady Rebels have been a formidable program as of late, reaching the tournament in three of the past four seasons. They're 2-2 coming into this one, but one of those losses came to No. 7 Baylor and saw UNLV leading to start the fourth quarter.
Miller, who reached 300 career wins during the road trip, is looking for her first signature win with Arizona State. Knocking off the Rebels would certainly qualify, and the hope is the fans show up to make the occasion even more special.
