Texas State rolls into town on Saturday night and the Sun Devils will be wanting to get back into the win column and prove their Week 2 flaws were just a fluke. The Bobcats are the perfect opponent for head coach Kenny Dillingham to have his guys take out any lingering frustration on.
The Sun Devils were dropped out of the AP Top 25 rankings for the first time since Week 11 last year, so there's some extra motivation to step out onto the field and reestablish dominance. ASU will want to avoid going 1-2 after three weeks, especially with a stacked Big 12 slate ahead on its schedule.
The Bobcats kick off a string of six games in which ASU will face five from the state of Texas.
