The offense was relatively quiet on Saturday, a reversal from their long ball explosion on Friday night, but the pitching staff stepped up to nurse a narrow lead all game. The Sun Devils ended up winning 3-1, their narrowest victory so far this year.
Today, Easton Barrett is expected back on the mound, and he needs a bounce-back game after not even making it two innings a week ago in his season debut. He was much more reliable than that last year, so expect better play out of Barrett today.
