For the second time this week, the Sun Devils will take on their foes from down south. Molly Miller and the women's team took down the Wildcats on Wednesday, their first win over the rival in nearly four years.
Now, it's Bobby Hurley's turn.
Two weeks ago, the Sun Devils went down to Tucson to take on No. 1 Arizona. They came extremely close to scoring the upset, losing 89-82 and offering optimism for the squad. But they've gone 1-3 since then, including a heartbreaker against UCF this past Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Wildcats remain at the very top of the polls with a perfect 21-0 record. They survived a scare against No. 13 BYU, beating the Cougars 86-83, but it was just their second game since December that they won by single digits.
After the narrow loss in Tucson last time, Arizona State feels they have a chance to end up on the other end this time, in front of a home crowd that just got a taste of Wildcat tears a few days ago. Can they pull it off?
