A new era begins tonight in Tempe. After months of hype, Molly Miller will coach her first game as the head coach for Arizona State. Miller, who's third among active women's basketball coaches for career wins, has rebuilt and retooled the Sun Devil roster via the transfer portal and has them primed for a dark horse season in the Big 12.
They start the season off at home, playing host to the Coppin State Eagles. This will conclude a home-and-home series, as Arizona State lost on the road to the Eagles in overtime last season. But with a new staff and almost entirely new roster, the Sun Devils are hoping for a different result.

The Sun Devils and Eagles tip off at 6:30 PM MST in Desert Financial Arena.
The game will stream on ESPN+ (subscription required). Alex Coil will be the play-by-play announcer with Kelly Burke providing color commentary.
Radio coverage will also be broadcast on KDUS AM 1060, with Jeff Munn and former Arizona State head coach Maura McHugh on the call.
