Harris is ranked the 21st overall player in the NCAA transfer portal by ESPN; he's also the fourth-best receiver and 14th overall player in the portal, per 247 Sports.
Harris' commitment followed the conclusion of his official visit to Tempe on Wednesday.
As a redshirt sophomore, Harris had 673 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 39 catches. He also played more than 72% of his snaps out wide and had two games with more than 140 yards.
He joins Colorado transfer Omarion Miller, the No. 2 receiver and No. 9 overall transfer, giving Arizona State another top transfer receiver.
The two join current standout receivers Derek Eusebio, Jalen Moss and Jaren Hamilton.
With one of the best transfer portal classes in the nation, Harris is another elite addition to this team.
