11. Arizona Wildcats (14-12, 5-8 Pac-12) LW: 6

After being swept again last weekend, the Arizona Wildcats find themselves staring at a seven-game losing skid for the first time in 36 years.

This most recent sweep came at the hands of the Mountain schools, losing to the Utah Utes by a score of 83-76 on Thursday and 67-60 to Colorado on Sunday.

Against the Utes, redshirt junior guard Dylan Smith had a big night, scoring a season-high 16 points while pulling down three rebounds.

When it was all said and done, the Wildcats just couldn’t find a way to slow down the Utes’ big scorers, as Jayce Johnson went for 17 points and 10 boards while Parker Van Dyke went for 23 points off the bench.

While Arizona had three players in double-digit scoring against the Buffaloes, it still wasn’t enough.

Senior forward Ryan Luther had another solid game, as he led the Wildcats in scoring with 17 points to go along with two rebounds and two steals.

The Wildcats will have a chance to break out of their losing ways this week when they play the Cal Bears at home on Thursday and the Stanford Cardinal on Sunday. They will get to play both games in front of a national audience as they take on the Golden Bears on Fox Sports 1 and the Cardinal on ESPN2.

Unless they make a big run in the Pac-12 Tournament, it looks like head coach Sean Miller and the Wildcats won’t be dancing come March.
