8. Utah

When Utah and ASU played last October, it was a blowout in favor of the Sun Devils, but this year’s game in Tempe should be different.

Utah was the only Pac-12 team to win a bowl game last year, clobbering West Virginia in the Heart of Dallas Bowl.

The Utes weren’t bad last year despite being maybe the youngest team in the Pac-12, and they will only improve with experience. They return 14 starters, including quarterback Tyler Huntley.

ASU certainly has a chance against the Utes, but it won’t be easy against Utah’s front seven, which is one of the best in the Pac-12.

Will ASU win?: No.
