ASU Football: Power ranking every 2018 opponent
By Carson Field
1. Washington
ASU’s October upset over then fifth-ranked Washington was the highlight of the 2017 season. But this year’s game will be much different.
Jake Browning is one year more experienced and so is Myles Gaskin, making Washington’s offense one of the best in the nation.
On defense, Washington returns one of the most talented defensive backfields in the nation.
The Huskies will enter this game with a chip on their shoulder after what happened last year, and on top of that, the game will be played in Seattle.
When things go south against Washington, ASU fans need to remember the joy they felt last October.
