ASU Football at UCLA: Broadcast Information
By Sam Ficarro
ASU football heads to the Rose Bowl for a match-up with UCLA as the Sun Devils seek their third-straight win over the Bruins and earn bowl eligibility.
ASU football continues down the home stretch of the 2017 regular season with a road test against UCLA.
The Sun Devils are coming off a thrilling, come-from-behind victory against Colorado last week in which Arizona State outscored the Buffaloes 24-3 in the fourth quarter to win 41-30.
Arizona State’s running game had a breakout game rushing for a season-high 381 yards with running back Demario Richard leading the way with 25 carries, 189 yards and one touchdown.
Third-string tailback Eno Benjamin had his most impactful game of his young career as the freshman rushed for 52 yards and one touchdown.

Quarterback Manny Wilkins had one of his better games, throwing for 202 yards and two touchdowns and rushing for 95 yards and one touchdown.
The defense played a pretty good game, sacking Colorado quarterback Steven Montez five times and limiting one of the nation’s leading rushers, Phillip Lindsay, to 80 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries.
Phil Bennett’s unit buckled down when it mattered forcing Colorado into two punts, one interception and a field goal in the fourth quarter, allowing ASU’s offense to come back into the game.
The Sun Devils are one win away from bowl eligibility with three games to play, and will look to reach the six-win plateau against UCLA.
UCLA is coming off a costly 48-17 defeat at Utah last Friday in which the Bruins’ leading receiver, Darren Andrews, suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season.
Quarterback Josh Rosen didn’t travel with the team to Salt Lake City last week due to a concussion, but he expects to play Saturday against the Sun Devils.
Rosen’s potential return will help aid a sluggish Bruins offense, who produced just 249 total yards last week.
The Bruins defense, which ranks 11th in the Pac-12 in scoring defense (38.8 points per game) and last in total defense (489.6 yards per game allowed), will have a tall task stopping Arizona State’s offense.
If the passing game can be a little more consistent to pair with the running game, ASU’s offense will be very hard to stop and it could be a long night for UCLA.
Arizona State is looking to make it three straight wins over UCLA and if the Sun Devils come out on top, they will be bowl eligible for the first time in two years.
