8. Utah Utes

Despite their fourth straight season tallying 20+ wins, a rebuild looks to be the reality for head coach Larry Krystkowiak’s team this season.

Last year, the Utes were led by  First Team All Pac-12 member Kyle Kuzma and his 16.4 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.

Kuzma made the jump to the NBA in addition to the transfers of JoJo Zamora and Devon Daniels, leaving with the Utes with a depleted roster.

Krystkowiak recruited well as the Utes welcome four-star forward Branden Carlsen and three three-star recruits to keep the development of the program intact.

With 11 underclassmen on the roster, Utah will have a tough time competing with some of the top-tier schools in the conference and could take a few years before finding themselves at the top of the conference once again.
